Control lamps:
(Light up at inclusion of ignition, die away after start.)
Fuel reserve
Lights up at the fuel rest in a tank less than 10 liters.
Insufficient pressure of oil
Lights up at pressure drop in the engine lubrication system. If the lamp blinks or burns in the course of the movement, it is necessary to stop, kill immediately the engine and to check oil level in the engine. At the burning lamp the movement of the car is not allowed.
Work of system of stabilization of stability of TCS
Lights up in a running cycle of system i.e. when coupling of wheels with the road is less, than it is necessary for ensuring desirable acceleration. At the same time it is possible to notice that the car responds to pressing of a pedal of an accelerator more inertly.
Action of the TCS system means that a paving slippery, and at the burning lamp the car it is necessary to conduct with the increased care.
The TCS system serves for increase in comfort and safety, but it cannot be considered as means for irresponsible acceleration of the movement of the car. As usual, extra care should be shown on turns and at the movement on the slippery road.
Marker lights
Safety cushion (SRS) *
Lights up or blinks at emergence of malfunction in SRS control system. It is necessary to show immediately the car for survey and elimination of malfunction on Saab car repair shop.
Driving beam of headlights
Lack of liquid of the windscreen washer tank
Anti-blocking system (ABS)
Signals about existence of malfunction in system. The possibility of usual braking remains. Carry out diagnostics of the ABS system in a workshop.
Accumulator charging
The lamp lights up in the absence of accumulator charging. At the same time immediately stop and kill the engine.
Check a driving belt of the generator. The rupture of a belt attracts lack of necessary cooling of the engine, lack of accumulator charging and failure of the amplifier of steering.
Back foggy lamp
Lights up at inclusion of a back foggy lamp.
CRUISE Tempostat
The lamp burns during the work of system.
Emergency brake
The system of stabilization of stability (TCS) is switched off
Lights up at switching off of the TCS system the TCS OFF key on the control panel.

The TCS system automatically joins every time at start of the engine.
This indicator lamp lights up also at emergence of malfunction in the TCS system. In that case when the lamp dies away when pressing the TCS OFF key, the system needs to be checked for service stations. |
Brake system
Lights up at the insufficient level of brake fluid in the tank. If the lamp lit up during the movement, it is necessary to stop and check immediately liquid level in the tank. On cars with the ABS system this lamp lights up together with warning ANTILOCK lamp at pressure drop in the amplifier of a brake. If it occurred, then after several braking the effect of operation of the amplifier of a brake vanishes.

At failure of the amplifier of a brake braking force much more decreases and the effort, necessary for braking, to a pedal increases. It is not necessary to continue the movement at the burning warning lamp. It is necessary to check immediately brakes and to eliminate malfunctions at car repair shop. |
Heating of back glass
On the pictogram any leaky closed door, including a trunk lid, and also burn-out of lamps of passing beam of headlights, stoplights and back fires is displayed.
